Xevni House

Xevni House is a traditional stone-built house in Aliki, occupying the first floor of a building set at an elevated position above the southeastern coastline of Thassos. The large paved balcony-terrace is where the full extent of that position becomes clear, with panoramic views stretching over the Aegean, the southeast coastline, and the mountains of the island. It is the kind of outlook that sets the tone for the stay from the first morning coffee onward.

The house is designed in the minimal aesthetic of the island and laid out for comfortable, unhurried living. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a spacious kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom provide a well-rounded base. The balcony-terrace, garden, sunbeds, and barbecue complete the outdoor space, giving the property a natural rhythm between inside and out.

The surrounding area puts some of the most visited sites on the island within easy reach. The Monastery of the Archangel Michael is 5 minutes away. Giola, the natural rock pool that draws visitors from across Thassos, is 10 minutes. Aliki beach is 10 minutes in the other direction. Potos, the liveliest village on the southern coast, is 17 minutes by car.
