Hype Trails

Hype Trails is one of the island's leading e-bike tour operators, based in Skala Potamias on the golden eastern coast of Thassos. It was founded by Konstantinos Tsorekis, a four-time Panhellenic cycling champion and Sports Academy graduate with a master's in Tourism Administration, and that background shows in how the operation is run. Every tour is led by certified guides, riding a fleet of brand-new KTM e-MTB bikes, with each ride beginning with a full bike fitting and equipment check, plus a helmet and technical support throughout.

The routes span the island's coastline and mountains alike: coastal rides down to beaches that are otherwise hard to reach, forest climbs to the mountain village of Kastro with a stop at a traditional tavern, and ascents of Mount Ypsario through Potamia and Panagia. There's a route built around Saliara, the island's white marble beach, one that ends at a local brewery for a tasting, and an easy-going ride finishing with a picnic of Thassian produce in a mountain village. Pace and difficulty are shaped around the group, from first-timers to experienced climbers.

For longer stays, Hype Trails also runs multi-day packages: weekend trips combining two guided rides with hotel stays, a four-day sailing and e-biking adventure with nights aboard the boat, and a full week covering the island's five signature routes with accommodation, meals, and airport transfers included. Fully custom adventures are also available for groups who want something built entirely around them.
